All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on weight of the items. At the moment, we only offer the option of 1st class tracked shipping.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries/ regions: The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Canada, European Union, and many countries in the rest of the world. Please select the relevant country in the selector to understand if we can ship to your location

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on your location, we may offer a tracked option. You will receive an email notifying you that your item has been shipped: depending on your location and postage selection, you may receive a tracking number too

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [neidan clothing ltd.] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

To the U.K.
No extra taxes or duties

To the U.S.
No extra taxes or duties on orders under the value of $800

To the EU
All orders to the EU are subject to VAT charged at the local rate; calculated and collected at checkout.

Orders with a value of €150.00 or over are subject to extra duties and taxes payable by the receiver.

To CANADA
Please be aware you will be subject to sales tax of 5% upon arrival of your delivery, which must be paid by you before you may receive the delivery.

For customers in the Rest of the World
We have tried to structure our business so that shipping costs are kept to as much of a minimum as possible, where possible. However, you may be subject to taxes or import duties when receiving your delivery, depending on the country. Please research the import tax conditions in your location to understand the circumstances before placing your ordere

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, if you had selected "1st Class tracked" then you will receive an email notification from us which will include details of postal carrier and tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For orders to the UK or EU, you can use the royal mail website, and for orders to the US and CAN you can use the USPS website to track your delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@neidanclothing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept refund requests up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount provided clear evidence has been given of damage, misprint or fault with the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@neidanclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
