From when an order is placed, production takes 3 - 5 working days and the item will be shipped soon after. You will receive an email notification and, depending on what shipping option selected, you may receive a tracking number.

Our products are only created once you place an order; we do this to save wastage and put effort into each item. This does mean though that it might take a bit longer to deliver, but that's kind of apt considering we're all about Tai Chi. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience

Please be aware there may be taxes and duties paid by you in certain circumstances...

For US customers:
Orders above the value of $800.00 will be subject to taxes and duties to be paid by the receiver upon delivery

For Canadian customers:
You will be subject to a sales tax of 5% upon arrival of your delivery, which must be paid by you before you may receive the delivery.

For EU customers:
Please be aware that we must charge and collect taxes on all items shipped to the EU, at the local rate, at checkout.

This is due in part to Brexit and is standard for any business shipping from outside the EU. We appreciate your understanding in this regard

Along with this, orders with a value of €150.00 or over are subject to extra duties and taxes payable by the receiver. Please contact us for advice if you think your order may exceed this amount
