From when an order is placed, production takes 3 - 5 working days and the item will be shipped soon after. You will receive an email notification and, depending on what shipping option selected, you may receive a tracking number.

Our products are only created once you place an order; we do this to save wastage and put effort into each item. This does mean though that it might take a bit longer to deliver, but that's kind of apt considering we're all about Tai Chi. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on weight of the items. For more information, please see our shipping policy

For US customers:
Orders above the value of $800.00 will be subject to taxes and duties to be paid by the receiver upon delivery

For EU customers:
Please be aware that we must charge and collect taxes on all items shipped to the EU, at the local VAT rate, at checkout. This cost is included in the final price of the product, and clearly indicated at checkout

As of 1st July 2026, all orders to the EU will be subject to a duty of €3 per unique item. This means that if you order 4 t-shirts you will be charged only €3, however if you order 1 t-shirt and 1 hoodie, you will be charged €6. At present we can not collect this charge and it must be paid by the customer to their postal carrier before the delivery of their order can be finalised and received.

Along with this, orders with a value of €150.00 or over are subject to extra duties and taxes payable by the receiver. Please contact us for advice if you think your order may exceed this amount

For Canadian customers:
You will be subject to a sales tax of 5% upon arrival of your delivery, which must be paid by you before you may receive the delivery.

For customers in the rest of the world:
Please research the import taxes and duties of your country and understand there may be extra charges for you before you are permitted to receive your delivery. If you have any questions, get in touch and we can try to figure it out together
