Built with the intention of expressing the values, virtues and principles of Tai Chi and self cultivation by producing unique designs on high quality t-shirts and hoodies, neidan clothing is an effort to give voice to the inner feeling of the practice.

I set this up because I wanted to capture that feeling of waking up and shuffling outside in the cold to go and meditate under a tree way too early in the morning with nothing but the frost for company...

...that sense you get as a beginner, where you succesfully move one arm and a foot in a coordinated way for the first time and you think to yourself 'oh, that's interesting'...

... or that single moment, standing on a packed train platform after a massive days' hard work where you manage, somehow, to allow your mind to completely dissipate for just a second or two and you remember what you've spent some much time chasing...
