As we are a UK based business, we must collect/charge VAT on orders to the EU, at the local rate. This will be calculated, added to your order and collected at checkout.

Orders above a value of €150.00 will be subject to extra duties and taxes payable by the reciever upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing an order or orders

Depending on your location and time of order, delivery could take between 5 and 10 working days

Production takes 3-5 working days depending on circumstances, although of course it may be quicker, then shipping takes 3-5 working days to the UK & EU, and 5-7 working days to the US

When shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your delivery

As each item is made-to-order and shipped from the UK, there may occasionally be a backlog and your delivery might take a little longer to arrive. We hope you understand our decision in making this trade-off for lesser environmental impact against quicker/ instant delivery.

At the moment, we only offer 1st class tracked delivery. This is to ensure the quickest, safest and best delivery process

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or make refunds in the case of buyer's remorse, and have made size guides available on each product page to help you make a clear decision on your purchase, we hope you understand

Right now, as of our launch in Spring 2024, we are only selling/ shipping to the UK and the United States.
