For EU customers
As we are a UK based business, we must collect/charge VAT on orders to the EU, at the local rate. This will be calculated, added to your order and collected at checkout.

Orders above a value of €150.00 will be subject to extra duties and taxes payable by the reciever upon delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing an order or orders -if your order may be above this amount, please contact us for advice on delivery

Depending on your location and time of order, delivery could take between 5 and 10 working days

Production takes 3-5 working days depending on circumstances, although of course it may be quicker, then shipping will take 3-5 working days to the UK & EU, and 5-7 working days to the US

If you have selected the "1st class tracked" shipping option, you will then receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your delivery once it has been shipped

As each item is made-to-order and shipped from the UK, there may occasionally be a backlog and your delivery might take a little longer to arrive. We hope you understand our decision in making this trade-off for lesser environmental impact against quicker/ instant delivery.

We offer 2 shipping options: 1st class tracked, and 2nd class standard

1st class standard: Once the order is shipped, you'll receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number which you can use to follow your delivery.

2nd class standard: you will not receive a tracking number, and it may take a little longer than expected to arrive

We are a UK based company, shipping from mainland England.

If you would like a refund on your order because it is damaged, misprinted or the quality of the item/ printing is not acceptable, please send an email with your order details and photos of the damage/ faulty goods

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or make refunds in the case of buyer's remorse, and have made size guides available on each product page to help you make a clear decision on your purchase, we hope you understand
